Information, advice, guidance and support. That’s what Connexions Humber is all about. Helping young people to make the right decisions about life, work and play. But we can’t do this alone. Whatever job you have in school, college or unit – we need you to work alongside us. Creating a Personal Development Curriculum
How many times have you heard people say ‘I wish they’d taught us that at school’? There are many things we realise we should have known before we started out in adult life but they were not always dealt with while we were still at school or college. For many years schools and colleges have had ‘life skills’ or ‘PSE’ or ‘CEG’ or PHSCE’ lessons which are designed to address these issues. The names change but the question has always remained the same. ‘What are we going to teach them?’ This is where Connexions Humber can help.
