14-19 Youth Responsive Fund
The Learning & Skills Council, (LSC) have appointed Humberside Learning Consortium (HLC), to be the Co-ordinated Response Manager to manage the European Social funds. The role for HLC is to develop a flexible commissioning process for provision, which will be a range of innovative and exciting programmes to help young people explore future opportunities available to them.
