- A description of the main duties involved
- Any education/training you want the young person to undertake
- A description of the kind of person you are looking for in terms of qualifications, experience, personal qualities and skills
- Normal working hours
- The pay at various ages and levels of experience
- Prospects for promotion and development
- Any additional information e.g. holiday entitlement, canteen facilities
